Brief presentation of the training modules:

  • Acquire English vocabulary specific to the fields of Hospitality, Catering and Tourism
  • Acquire operational English
  • Develop ease and spontaneity in speaking
  • Integrate into an international work team
  • Be able to assist and inform clients
  • Understand sociocultural behaviors
  • Acquire vocabulary focused on professional activity

The training will follow the detailed program that will be provided to you in advance, alternating between theoretical presentations and practical case studies. This tailor-made program will allow you to progress in a structured way towards your professional objective, taking into account your initial level, your goals, your availability (dates and times), as well as your preferred lesson frequency. It combines the acquisition of language skills (vocabulary, grammar) with practical scenarios adapted to the HCR sector.

⏱️ Duration and pace :

• This training consists of 20 lessons of 55 minutes (2 lessons/week) – Total duration: 18h20.

  • Schedule : from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Dates : To be determined together according to your availability (Monday to Friday).

💶 Prices : €30 excl. VAT / fixed lesson – Total: €600 excl. VAT (€720 incl. VAT).

  • Detailed schedule (days/times) sent before the start, adjustable along the way according to your progress and needs.

  • Free 30-minute level assessment before any contract or agreement is signed.
  • Training access timeframe: Following the signing of the contract, the training will begin within a maximum of 3 weeks.
  • The training may be delivered remotely or in person (to be determined together based on your location, organization, or constraints).

🧑‍🏫 Methods used / Teaching resources:


The training alternates between theory, practical exercises, and professional role-playing scenarios.

Organized into 7 modules, each module includes role-playing and simulated dialogues.

🧮 Final assessment methods:

The learner will be evaluated on five key skills (listening comprehension, speaking, reading comprehension, writing, and interactive communication).
